Kev will work with you to create a customized program tailored to your performance goals and lifestyle, and provide the motivation and accountability needed to reach your athletic potential.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi-private training offers the perks of private training in a group setting. Each athlete will get and follow their own personalized program like they would get with 1 on 1 training, combined with the energy and environment of a group workout while receiving guidance and coaching from coach Kev.
